The core functionality of our AI involves analyzing images of your scalp. Here is our strict policy regarding those photos:

• Purpose: Photos are used solely to provide personalized graft count estimates, cost calculations, and recovery analysis.
• Automatic Deletion: Any images uploaded to our servers for processing are automatically and permanently deleted within one week (7 days). We do not maintain a permanent database of user photos.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your photos with third parties, marketing agencies, clinics, or surgeons.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your images during transmission and during the brief period they are stored for analysis. All data transfers occur over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
